Individual elements have been glued to the plywood base using water-resistant D3 PVA adhesive, suitable for interior areas, including where there is frequent, short term exposure to moisture and high humidity.
At a special request, the tiles can be made suitable for bathroom applications on zones 2 and 3. In this case a D4 PVA will be used which is water and boil proof. In addition substrate plywood is fully sealed and assembled tiles are finished with 3 coats of durable hard wax oil. The substrate can be upgraded to marine plywood.

Oak version of OLV family, in random linear pattern. Made from solid oak strips of random widths and thicknesses. Each peace is bevelled, sanded and assembled on a plywood base. Finished with durable hard wax oil.
OPTIONS:

WALL TILES - assembled on a 6mm birch plywood strips and ready to be glued to a wall or any other flat surface. Use any type of grab adhesive to glue to any flat surface. Supplied in packs of 1.82 square meters that will cover an area of 0.7 m by 2.6 meters. (sizes can be customised, please contact us for more information)

WALL PANEL - Made to measure large wall mountable panels are assembled on a 12 or 15mm thick plywood core. max size 1200 x 600 mm.
- FURNITURE PANEL - are assembled on a 18/19 millimetre thick plywood or MDF. These panels have oak veneer on the back side and along the edges for a finished look. Made to measure max size 2400 x 600 mm.
