Hand-Sculpted 3D Wood Panelling: Randomized Wave Series

This architectural wall panelling is designed to introduce organic and tactile depth to interior environments. Moving beyond the uniformity of CNC-machined products, each element of this series is cut freehand to achieve true random amplitudes. The resulting non-repeating pattern ensures a natural appearance once installed.

Finished with a durable, high-performance wood oil.

Tiles are made to measure and the actual quantities of each size will depend on the installation area and pattern orientation.

 OLV-W-FR : Fire retardant

• Finish: Envirograf® QVFR 3 part system giving class 0 and class 1 EU SBI/B/s1/do and 20 minutes of fire protection. Durable top coat with UV protection. Matt.  
  (Optional: Rubio Monocoat FR Oil System, Bfl-s1 tested according to the standard EN 13501-1: EN ISO 11925-2 and EN ISO 9239-1)
• Base: 7mm poplar plywood, FR class 1B-s1,d0 EN13501.

OLV-W-MR : Moisture resistant

• Finish: Base coat of Osmo Wood Protector, two top coats of semimat Osmo Hard Wax Oil (optional UV protection)
  
• Base: 6 or 9mm marine (or birch) plywood, sealed with a PVA coat.
• Glue: D3 PVA
• suitable for interior areas where there is frequent, short term exposure to moisture and high humidity such as kitchens and bathroom applications in zones 2 and 3
